Your Opportunity Stantec has an exciting opportunity for a Vancouver based Senior Mining Advisor to join our collaborative, vibrant, and supportive team. This position requires an individual with diverse and well-rounded mining experience to provide expert leadership in mining studies and projects. Willingness to lead and manage successful team projects, be a technical lead on multi-disciplinary projects, and perform business development functions are desirable traits for this role. Your Key Responsibilities: Business Development and Account Management: - Support and/or lead project pursuits and proposals for select clients and opportunities - Focus on building senior level client relationships within the Western Canadian market - Participate and engage in external events, representing Stantec, to support Stantec’s visibility and reputation within the Western Canada / Vancouver market Team Development: - Mentor and support the development of less experienced team members within the Energy and Resources business line - Support the identification and growth of select staff members into more client facing seller/doer roles - Seek and build relationships internally to explore opportuni...
