Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative, Business, or in a Public Policy related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in working within strategy or sales operations groups, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. - 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. - 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in managing the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization. - Experience working with executive teams and various stakeholders. - Ability to pay high attention to detail, and drive projects to completion. - Excellent program management skills. About the job: In this role, you will work closely with Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) executives, including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other StratOps leads to run strategic initiatives, and work across the team and Global Affairs function to help the team be more effective.
