This role will be responsible for managing electronic and print subscription services, including evaluating and purchasing new content, overseeing renewals of existing subscriptions, and ensuring compliance with terms of service and firm policies, while supervising and developing staff by providing regular feedback, conducting formal performance evaluations, and making recommendations on hiring, coaching, and development in partnership with department leadership and Human Capital & Talent.
