Job description

Greet customers, guests, visitors Provide event information: Collect tickets and/or passes for entertainment events Mediate disputes and resolve customer complaints Verify Patron or staff credentials: Assist patrons with special needs: Guide patrons to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency Usher patrons to seats or exits. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules Other duties as assigned: · This on-call position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. · Must be able to move quickly around property. · Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk. · Responds to visual and aural cues. · Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated. · Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. · Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. · Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest’s needs. · Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke · Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service. · Must possess excellent interpersonal, comm...
