Together with our partners and participants, we cultivate communities where people are progressively seen, accepted, challenged , and supported. GENERAL SUMMARY: The Community Impact Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting families served through the Empowerment Hub and the Food Assistance Program at St. Matthew’s House. This individual acts as a bridge between programs, ensuring families have access to holistic services that promote stability, growth, and empowerment. The coordinator supports volunteer engagement, coordinates program logistics, and collaborates closely with staff, instructors, and community partners to create a welcoming, resource-rich environment for every family we serve. St. Matthew’s House is a faith based 501(c)(3) charitable organization that exists to transform lives in a spiritual environment that is both compassionate and disciplined.
