Position : Manager, Talent Acquisition Location : Andover, MA: Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential Who we’re looking for: Black Diamond Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our TA department. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition Associates and driving the recruitment strategy for our organization. Additionally, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and selecting the next group of BDN All-Stars. This role requires a high level of comfort with outbound communication and the ability to effectively engage with candidates. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office.
