Job Description Summary English The Modality Assistant, Surgery & WHXR provides high-level administrative and operational support to two General Managers (Surgery and WHXR) and their respective marketing teams. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of both modalities and requires a highly organised, precision-oriented individual with a strong can-do mindset. The role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and the confidence to proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced, international environment. Acting as a trusted partner and key point of contact, the role requires sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex organisational processes.
