At Primo Foods, you ’ ll play a key role in supporting product development, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement across our portfolio. You ’ ll work closely with cross ‑ functional teams to enhance product quality, efficiency, and innovation within a fast ‑ paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support EPD and product improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance - Identify and implement cost ‑ reduction and process ‑ optimisation opportunities - Analyse production processes, ingredients, machinery and yields to pinpoint improvements - Ensure products meet food safety, regulatory and customer quality standards - Provide technical R&D support across operations, supply chain, procurement and QA - Troubleshoot product, process and quality issues and support root cause analysis - Conduct trials in pilot and factory environments and track outcomes - Research new ingredients, packaging and processing technologies - Use data ‑ driv...
