Where You’ll Make a Difference: Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles Consumer Insights strategy: define what to learn from consumers to gain competitive advantage and bu...
