American Stone Salt Lake is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk II to support our Accounting Team with accounts payable, payroll, reporting, and related accounting functions. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working with systems and taking ownership of their work. This role involves payroll processing, tax reporting (Forms 940/941), W-2s, 1099s, and working with Excel for reporting and analysis. This is a primarily on-site role based in Murray, UT. Candidates must be local and available to work in-office as needed. JOB DESCRIPTION: This role supports day-to-day accounting operations and requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your Job Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: - Process accounts payable by entering invoices, freight charges, and vendor payments into our Odoo system and creating purchase orders as instructed - Process payroll including tax compliance (Forms 940, 941, W-2, 1099), deductions, garnishments, and state/federal withholdings. - Enter production data for Star Stone quarry employees to accurately ca...
