Overview Gilbane Development Company is seeking a Maintenance Superviso r for its assisted living community, Livingston Place at Southern Avenue in Washington, D.C .. This community is dedicated to serving older adults in the District who have disabilities and low to moderate incomes, with a strong emphasis on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key leadership role, overseeing all maintenance and housekeeping operations while ensuring the efficient performance of building systems and facility services. This position serves as a central point of coordination among operations, asset management, business partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and execution across all facility-related functions.
