Job Summary: The Network Engineer will work closely with senior members of the team to maintain the integrity of Vistra's OT network for GCS, following NERC CIP guidelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting GCS network systems for real-time systems. Job Description: Key Accountabilities: •provide support for setting up IPSec tunnels necessary to integrate new resources as Vistra portfolio grows •Upkeeping of systems security per regulatory compliance obligations •Be on-call on rotation schedule for 24x7 support of GCS network - Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructures. • Configure and optimize network performance, security, and reliability. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders. • Conduct network assessments and audits. • Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis. • Document network configurations and best practices. • Stay current with emerg...
