Overview Title: Regional Director, Columbia, SC: Location: Columbia, SC region (must live in Columbia, SC metro area) Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD Annually (Approx.) Establish and maintain relationships with owners while coaching, mentoring and leading a team of Chaplains to successfully carry out our mission statement. Responsibilities: Chaplain Team: • Coach, mentor and lead a Team of Chaplains to ensure their success in the key areas of responsibility for their position and assigned mission fields. • Travel for field visits with Chaplain Team members and with other Key Players in assigned Mission Fields to build the relationships and the “culture of care” that is desired and expected of all CCA members.• Train and develop Chaplain Team members through effective coaching, equipping and encouragement. • Provide all Chaplain Team members with clear and timely performance feed- back through periodic and annual reviews of services provided with verifiable comments and ratings. • The RD must be able to clearly communicate and motivate Chaplain Team members to keep and practice their “WHY” (Lk 10:27) • Monitor and test all chaplain reporting requirements to ensure data integrity • and...
