This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Hours may vary from Part-time to Full-time hours based on business needs. Job Type: Election Workers (Seasonal) Department: Elections About the Position: Our Temporary Ballot Couriers perform the essential job of retrieving ballots from Ballot Drop Boxes and securely delivering them to our central warehouse for processing. The Temporary Ballot Courier position is a temporary assignment with Maricopa County before, during, and after the election cycle. This position requires the employee to be in the office/field or customer-facing for all hours worked.
