About the Role: The Tortillería Clerk produces tortilla products using traditional processes while supporting the department’s goals for quality, freshness, and service. This role prepares masa, fries tortilla products, stocks and rotates items, and provides excellent customer service while maintaining Vallarta’s high standards of food safety and sanitation. What You’ll Do: Customer Service: Smile, greet, and assist customers with tortilla and specialty product orders. Production: Prepare masa, fry and cook tortilla products, and ensure consistency in quality, weight, and appearance.
