ATI is seeking to hire an Operations Superintendent to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit location in Vandergrift, PA. The Operations Superintendent position is responsible for leading a team of salary and hourly employees in day-to-day operational activities for Coil Finishing. Production responsibilities include final Slitting, Shipping, Storeroom & Scrap operations at the Vandergrift Plant. This includes all aspects of safety, production demands, supply chain and personnel management. The position is instrumental with ensuring optimal throughput and production efficiencies by developing and implementing cost effective processes and equipment utilization strategies that meet production goals and objectives.
