About the role The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across the Carrier HVAC sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Channel teams to translate strategy into execution through planning, analytics, process optimization, and performance management. This individual is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and scalable reporting to support sales leadership and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Performance Management: - Develop and manage share performance dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting. - Drive forecast accuracy through customer-driven demand planning, pipeline hygiene, and cadence reviews.
