We are seeking an underground mining leader to step into the role of Mining Operations Manager at Beta Hunt. This opportunity will appeal to either experienced contractor‑side Operations or Project Managers as well as proven underground leaders from a technical background who are ready to step up into broader operational accountability. Offered on a four day on, three days off roster or variant of 4:3 8:6 reporting to the Mining Manager, you will lead safety, production and cost performance across a complex underground environment. This is a highly visible role requiring strong delivery discipline, leadership maturity and the ability to execute at scale.
