Job description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape RebelDot’s visual presence across client‑facing, digital, and employer branding touchpoints. The role blends visual system thinking with hands‑on execution, working closely with Branding & Communications, Sales, and internal technical experts to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling design outputs. If you are someone who enjoys working across teams, understands B2B tech dynamics, and can turn complexity into clean, premium visuals and effective visual stories, this role is for you. You might be our missing piece if you have: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or tech or services environments. A strong portfolio showcasing decks, campaigns, reports, and visual storytelling projects (PDF or online link). Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma. Experience adapting a visual identity across multiple formats and channels. Comfort working with multiple stakeholders (Branding, Sales, People, Tech) and handling several projects in parallel.
