Supervisor, Extended Operations Center

This is a full-time position working onsite in Ankeny, IA. Schedule: Wednesday-Friday & Every Other Saturday Hours: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operational and staff activities of the extended operations center. Core responsibilities include staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring as well as supporting escalated operational activities. Responsibilities: - Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, training, coaching and appraising. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - Continually assess the individual and team service level and provide recommendations to manager regarding opportunities to improve performance. Ensure compliance with established procedures and expectations. - Establish strong working relationships with co-workers and operational teams. Maintain frequent communication with all team members. - Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues.
