Overview EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: We are seeking a qualified project manager with a minimum of ten years of experience on large scale, type projects. At least 3 years of the experience should be at a large to mid-size airport. This role is responsible for project management and design oversight for a variety of architectural/building design and construction projects across the airport campus anticipated to exceed $1 billion in contract value over the next ten years. Major responsibilities of this position include management of consultants and contractors, design oversight, procurement support, construction monitoring and oversight, coordination of tenants, business partners and other RDU departments, as well as a range of other responsibilities needed to ensure the successful outcome of projects.
