Job Summary: DT Professionals is seeking a Management Analyst II to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will provide program planning support, and interface with various NAVSEA entities. Responsibilities: - Identifying and analyzing engineering, technical, organizational, and administrative information related to Aegis project office staffing, training, and organization in response to sponsor and NAVSEA tasking. - Electronically maintain unclassified technical data within the Aegis project office Information Management System by tracking, maintaining, and archiving action item responses. - Prepare management-level and technical presentations, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) roll-ups, and Task Plan Sheet roll-ups, all utilizing data generated by the Government. - Additional support functions include supporting Customer Advocates and Technical Project Managers with day-to-day functions, assisting in program reviews, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and supporting planning efforts. - The contractor will also be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations, reviewing working sheets, performing quality assurance, managing databases, updating administrative task s...
