The Wealth Regional Market President is responsible for driving outstanding sales generation and client service through managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market while creating strong collaboration with business partner leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job - Establish sales goals, define and manage to success formulas, coach and educate business partners. - Routinely assist on pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments and post-call debriefs to provide outstanding real-time coaching and feedback. - Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets. - Implement and maintain necessary systems infrastructure to support Wealth and Private Client facing associates including group email, telephone/call center, support case tracking and other technologies.
