Job description

Oulton College is seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Faculty member to deliver Medical-Surgical Nursing didactic and lab courses within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program. This course prepares students for the role of the registered nurse in complex medical-surgical environments, emphasizing safe, ethical, and evidence-based care. This is a full-time permanent position; however, we are open to considering a part-time contract arrangement if it better suits the successful candidate. The successful candidate will support students in developing clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and practical skills through both theory instruction and a required lab component .
