Lead the program that will shape the future of smart, connected heating solutions . Your role: At BDR Thermea Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of smart, sustainable indoor climate solutions, we are building the next generation of digital and controls technology that powers our heating and hot water solutions. To lead this journey, we are looking for a Program Manager to drive a strategic, multi-year platform program within our Digital & Controls ( DaC ) Development Unit. You will lead Program Asgard , a strategic initiative to develop a unified embedded controls platform for our residential and commercial HVAC products . With this new platform we aim to reduce complexity, accelerate innovation, and enable modern connectivity features that seamlessly integrate appliances with digital services for installers and end users. In this role, you will coordinate multiple cross-functional teams working on hardware, embedded software, connectivity, and digital platform integration.
