Accountant Senior - Financial Reporting

Job description

Supports the external reporting process, including preparation of the Company’s 10K and 10Q filings and other external reporting requirements. Performs complex professional accounting duties and analyzes financial information, maintains accounting files, prepares financial reports. Essential Duties: (Approximate % of Time Spent) Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned. (~5%) All employees shall be in compliance with the Archrock Health Safety and Environmental Policy and local, statutory and/or regulatory requirements at all times. - Assists with preparation of financial statements and disclosures for the Company's filings, including but not limited to Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and other filings as required: (~80%) - Prepares schedules and documentation to support disclosures in external filings. - Reviews supporting schedules prepared by others for completeness and accuracy and performs analytical procedures when appropriate. - Assists with quarterly XBRL review. - Assists with preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC disclosure checklist. - Assists with review of investor relations documents including quarterly earnings release and investor presentations. - Ass...
