This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Senior Consultant, Geotechnical Engineer ! This position is open to our San Antonio, TX office. Be involved in projects with our Transportation & Infrastructure Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact: - Assist with work plan preparation and coordination of field/site work and laboratory testing - Prepare geotechnical data reports - Proven experience in Texas area geotechnical practice and geology - Proven experience with TxDOT, Design Build projects, Renewable Energy, Transmission and Substation projects - Willing to support field logging and/or field observation - Prepare geotechnical calculations and conduct modeling, including slope stability, seepage and consolidation analyses - Prepare geotechnical recommendations reports with senior review - Assist with writing reports, cost estimating and permit documents - Assist with the preparation of project design packages including technical drawings, specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates Who You Are: Required Qualifications: CAD: AutoCAD, MicroStation - Bachelor’s Degre...
