The Central Strategy, Planning, and Operations team drives strategic growth for SMBs by generating market insights, analyzing competitors, and identifying new opportunities to shape high-impact strategies. This team leads business planning and target-setting across Sales, Product, and Growth while ensuring strong performance tracking through deep dives, reporting, and infrastructure improvements. We develop and optimize global incentives and policies to drive product adoption and advertiser engagement. With a focus on operational excellence, our goal is to enhance sales processes, tests new approaches, and improves efficiency across global operations.
