Winpak Films is seeking a Lead Operator to join our West Operations Production team on C shift (nights) in Senoia, GA . In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing extrusion operators, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. You will serve as a role model for operators, provide hands-on training, and support process improvements to achieve team and departmental goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced extrusion operator looking to advance into a leadership path toward Shift Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support Extrusion Operators to meet daily production, safety, quality, and scrap reduction goals. - Perform quality checks, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot production issues. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies, including proper use of PPE and 5S housekeeping standards. - Conduct ongoing training for operators on machinery, safety procedures, and company policies. - Assist with line operation, order changes, SWFL checks, and minor mechanical adjustments as needed. - Support the Shift Supervisor by reporting hazards, conducting audits, and helping implement departmental initia...
