Job description

What You’ll Do As the Data Analyst at Veritas Prep Charter School, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive student success and school-wide impact. You will not only manage the school’s data systems, but actively leverage data to advance organizational priorities and improve outcomes for students. As a key member of the School Operations Team, you will ensure that student data and records are accurate, organized, and accessible. Through strong collaboration with school leaders, staff, and external partners, you will maintain the integrity of data across systems while continuously improving processes and practices. Serving as the school’s data expert, you will develop clear, meaningful reports that track progress toward organizational goals and student achievement. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide timely, reliable insights that empower leadership to make informed, strategic decisions.
