This role is on a rotating 12-hour Dupont schedule with a 4-week cycle of day and night shifts, including a full week off each month. What we are looking for: - High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education is a plus - Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery - Must lift 50 lbs and walk/stand for a minimum of 12 hours. Walking up and down stairs and throughout the mill for 12 hours - We prefer prior use of a forklift (12 months) and prior work in a manufacturing environment What we offer: - Starting pay of $20.68/hour, plus a profit share/gain share program.
