A Brief Overview: Under minimal supervision of the department manager and the Medical Director, the Neurodiagnostic Tech Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and management of the Neurodiagnostic Tech team members, including the Patient Testing Tech. This supervisor provides direction and education, works closely with operational leaders, and has oversight of hiring, termination, and professional growth and development of the Neurodiagnostic Tech team members. Performs many of the same clinical duties as subordinate employees.
