We’re looking for a media geek with a knack for creating stellar client experiences to join our Customer Success team as an Account Manager. Interested? Read on! About the role: As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the custodian of a shared client portfolio composed of organisations across a diverse range of sizes and industries. You will act as a bridge between our clients and the broader Streem team, offering operational support, expertise and platform training whilst being an internal advocate of your client’s experience. Your role will strike a balance between client-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to tailor Streem’s powerful platform to best suit your clients’ dynamic needs, whilst also finding your own unique voice as a media monitoring aficionado. Your responsibilities: Every day as an Account Manager is unique; you’ll often be guided by your clients' media coverage and PR needs.
