This role introduces dedicated global expertise to advance how Brunswick manages compensation, benefits and mobility consistently across the firm. Based in London, and reporting to the Group Head of People Operations, as a stand-alone position with broad exposure to the Group People function, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of regional and local People and business stakeholders. About the Role: The role is central to advancing how reward supports growth, performance and innovation across the firm. With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleague reward, it brings together insights and execution to ensure our approach remains competitive and aligned with our firm ambitions.
