Based in London, and reporting to the Group Head of People Operations, as a stand-alone position with broad exposure to the Group People function, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of regional and local People and business stakeholders. About the Role: The role is central to advancing how reward supports growth, performance and innovation across the firm. With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleague reward, it brings together insights and execution to ensure our approach remains competitive and aligned with our firm ambitions.
