Job Overview: The General Maintenance Technician maintains the physical structure, equipment, and interior finishes of the facility through hands-on work. This multi-skilled role combines responsibilities in facilities engineering, painting, and carpentry. The technician performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and cosmetic enhancements on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems, as well as structural elements such as walls, doors, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures.
