Institutional Giving Associate

Description Information & Responsibilities: The Institutional Giving Associate is a critical position on a growing Institutional Giving Team within the CalArts’ Advancement Division. They manage the day-to-day operations of the grants and corporate programs including maintaining a complex and strategic (Customer Relationship Management) CRM-based calendar, organizing and maintaining case statement templates, operating and project-based budgets, and impact data. Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Institutional Giving, the Associate will participate in grant writing and reporting for the Institutional Giving team and assist with project management. Excellent writing and time-management skills are essential skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising/development, in foundation grants development, corporate partnerships and, be a deft and patient communicator able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
