Title: Nursing Clinical/Lab Adjunct Faculty Salary Range: $30.00 per hour: Contract Term Length: Standard Hours: varies Work Location: FLSA Status: College: Big Sandy Community & Technical College Campus Location: Prestonsburg Campus: Department: Nursing: Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching part-time lab and clinical experiences at various locations. Job Duties: - Provides clinical and lab instruction for nursing students under the supervision of the program administrator and course faculty. - Clinical instruction includes planning engaging clinical experiences commensurate with the assigned students’ level in the program. - Also includes evaluation of clinical performance of assigned students. Minimum Qualifications: - Position requires a valid, unencumbered KY nursing License (RN) and two years of nursing experience. - Credential must be granted from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
