Position performs repair, preventative maintenance, and service of all plumbing systems according to building codes and standards. Maintains inventory through planning and purchasing and responds to work requests in a timely manner in a Total Maintenance System (TMS). Supervises inmate workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the facility. May respond to emergency callbacks for service on a rotating basis.
