Job Description: As a People Systems SME, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to deliver system improvements, configuration changes, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role will be based at either our Burton office or Bury St Edmunds office based on your location, there will be a requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.
