Envision Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our community living programs across Aurora, Kankakee, and Tinley Park, IL . In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll play a critical part in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll conduct onsite assessments, administer medications, monitor treatment plans, support hospitalizations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
