This is Gulf Stream. The Senior Civil Estimator is responsible for developing detailed, comprehensive cost estimates for various site construction projects. Duties include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting costs of products and services as well as time and labor required to complete a construction project while ensuring profitability and maintaining safety standards.
