Job description

Responsibilities: Education: High school diploma or equivalent with either - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital setting. At least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Maintain and service utilities (light, heat, air conditioning, power, plumbing and sewage treatment) & provide necessary care for these utilities - Direct staff in the day to day performance of their duties relating to outside grounds maintenance, inside facility maintenance, general engineering functions, safety officer duties, as well as oversight of transportation issues related to the facility - Direct staff in the performance of their day to day job functions within engineering, housekeeping, laundry, grounds, waste water plant, communications and capital project services. - Maintain and service all equipment within facility laundry ensuring equipment is functioning as needed to provide laundry services. - Perform operations and capital budgets - Coordinate all above with the administrator and all department heads and supervisors to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors alike. - engineering degree (ME or CE...
