Overall Goal of Position: The Maintenance Manager will develop and execute a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program including standardizing maintenance processes to drive asset reliability and uptime while leading and supporting capital improvement projects. Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for executing a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program while leading a cost effective, service-oriented team supporting the facility and manufacturing operations in achievement of plant KPIs. The Maintenance Manager supports all plant departments in driving the realization of “Safety as a Condition”. Reports to the Plant Manager.
