Specific Job Functions: Perform other job related duties as requested. Qualifications: - Work with chemicals. - Responsible for removal of garbage. - Sweep and mop floors. - Clean BIO'S in kitchen and back of the house areas. - Maintain working knowledge and general cleaning of dish machine, and de-liming process. - Operate buffer and vacuum machines. - Must be able to use a ladder and or step stool. - Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, light, and vent covers. - Clean elevator. - Dismantle and clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, and steamers on a daily basis - Work as a kitchen worker when needed. - Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves. - Drain and refill deep fryer tanks if needed. - At least one year experience as a kitchen worker required. - Must be able to communicate effectively in English - Excellent organizational skills a must - Must be detail oriented - Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents - Professional appearance and demeanor a must - Must be able to work any shift.
