MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Essential Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Controller to join our prestigious hedge fund's Finance & Tax department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting oversight of the financial operations and reporting of our diverse fund structures. This role demands an understanding of fund accounting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data while driving strategic initiatives to optimize fund performance. - Support the implementation and maintenance of enhanced accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Liaise with various stakeholders across the firm and with 3rd party fund admin to ensure accuracy and efficiency of daily and monthly NAV process.
