Job Description Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Prepare and co-deliver morningside messages that not only engage and interest the participants but help inspire and motivate them to live more like the Savior. - Work with local campus personnel, staff, and all participants in a professional manner to facilitate on-site coordination of assigned EFY sessions, as directed by an administrator. - Demonstrate proficient formal and informal teaching techniques and create a learning atmosphere in which all recognize and learn by the Spirit. - Help all youth have a positive and uplifting experience and, as needed, handle youth disciplinary situations with sensitivity. - Understand, follow, and (where applicable) enforce EFY policies addressing general conduct, youth protection, sexual misconduct, and standards of communication. - Read and study the EFY Staff Handbook prior to first contracted week. - Sound preparation in proposed field/topic. - Teaching ability, communication skills, appearance, sincerity, attitude of sharing and personal testimony. - Willingness to adhere to EFY policy that prohibits promotion of any personal goods or services or any organization or its products. - Willi...
