JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates the shipping and logistics efforts for the Warehouse. Monitors/Coordinates shipping team activities/effectiveness. Assures shipping goals are met. Monitors sales orders, print picks, communicates with customers via ship portals and creates ship documentation. Coordinates with inbound and outbound carriers, processes sales returns, backorders, contests chargebacks, and ensures all customer service issues are handled in a concise and timely fashion. QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE: Must have good math and computer skills. Customer service oriented. Well organized and detail oriented....
