About The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator (Part Time) supports day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle within a restaurant operations environment across our brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven setting and is eager to grow within HR. You will play a key role in ensuring onboarding, employee records, and HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do: - Support the Employee Lifecycle - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes - Ensure new hire paperwork and I-9s are completed accurately - Set up employees in systems and ensure readiness for first shift - Process offboarding, including terminations, system deactivation, and coordination with Payroll for final pay - Maintain accurate offboarding records in alignment with company policy and state requirements - Maintain Accurate HR Data - Process employee changes (transfers, pay updates, status changes) - Keep employee records up to date across systems - Support audits and ensure documentation compliance - Be a Go-To HR Resource - Monitor and respond to HR inbox inquiries - Route questions to the...
