Job description

Qualifications: · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work in a manufacturing environment · Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively · Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment - Process engineering changes; - Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as part of a cross functional team; - Tool design; - Time studies on the floor; - Project management, creating milestones, and project plans; - Entering/updating of data in ERP system (item cards, BOM, part routings). - Perform all tasks in accordance with company Engineering policies ; - Complete internship projects and present findings to leadership; - Perform other duties as assigned. - Strong CAD solid modeling knowledge (NX, Vericut, or 3rd wave) - Basic understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation. - Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (turning, milling cutting tools, feeds & speeds, materials ) - Working knowledge of Lean concepts (Toyota Production System). - Basic understanding of part measuring techniques (calipers, micrometers, verniers, and indicators) - Ability to...
