Budtender Reports to: Dispensary Manager: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Operations Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour Position Summary: The Budtender provides exceptional service and product knowledge to Florida medical cannabis patients while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. This role is responsible for greeting patients, verifying credentials, processing transactions, and maintaining an inviting, organized, and compliant retail environment. The Budtender serves as a key representative of Mint Cannabis, educating patients on product offerings and ensuring an elevated, compassionate experience at every visit.
